About this opportunity

Food Lifeline is seeking volunteers for their Production Corps program. Volunteers arrive early (around 8:00 AM) to set up for daily sorting sessions. During the work, volunteers help guide other volunteers and answer questions, wrap and label food as it's packed into pallets, and ensure everything is properly organized whether in coolers or on racks. The role involves being a supportive team member and helping coordinate the sorting and packing of food that is distributed throughout the community. Volunteers get to be part of a meaningful mission to address food insecurity while building friendships and camaraderie with fellow volunteers and staff.
