INROADS College Links

About this opportunity

INROADS College Links is a college and career readiness program for high school students interested in all aspects of academia. The program introduces students to various STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) and business careers. Students gain professional and soft skill tools, goal-setting and planning skills, and access to career immersion activities. The program equips students with the skills needed to succeed in college, careers, and in life. Monthly sessions are held from October to May in various cities across the nation, with virtual participation available for students not near in-person locations. The program offers year-round coaching and mentoring, career exploration and exposure, professional and soft skills development workshops, and fast-track access to paid INROADS internship opportunities at the college level.

Requirements

Must be a high school student with a GPA of at least 2.5. Committed to participating in monthly sessions October-May. 8th-grade students may apply after receiving their last report card.
