Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Education (PACE)

What you'll do

• Learn various apprenticeship trades to understand scope of work, wages, and benefits
• Visit working job sites to interact with professionals
• Learn trades/applied math
• Focus on physical fitness and nutrition
• Participate in professional development including mock interviews, peer/professional mentoring, and resume building
• Access support services (if financially eligible)

Requirements

Must be 18+, have GED or High School Diploma (or ability to obtain by end of program), valid WA State Driver's License (or ability to obtain/reinstate by end of program), reliable transportation, stable living arrangements, ability to pass drug test, US work authorization. Attendance at mandatory information session required prior to application. Co-ed program for all genders.
