Seasonal Customer Service - Pier Agent

What you'll do

• Greet and assist cruise ship passengers navigating the terminal during embarkation and disembarkation
• Process guest check-ins and input travel document information using computer systems
• Review and verify travel documents to ensure compliance with U.S. and International law
• Guide and monitor guest flow throughout terminal exits, entries, secure areas, and walkways
• Assist guests requiring wheelchair assistance during embark and debark
• Answer guest questions and provide information regarding boarding and sailing procedures
• Handle basic cash and credit card payments from guests
• Assist with pier setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements

Must be 16 or 17 with current high school enrollment and confirmed parental consent, OR have high school diploma/equivalent. Must be available to work Fridays consistently. At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Must be able to stand 5-7 hours per shift and work in indoor/outdoor pier environment.
