About this opportunity

YouthForce helps teens transition from their first job to their dream job through paid internships and comprehensive career development. The program offers paid internships at major local employers including the Mariners, Kraken, and Seahawks through partnerships with First and Goal Inc., Sodexo Live!, and Delaware North. Teens develop job skills alongside peers with support from adult mentors, peer and professional networks, and on-the-job training. The program also provides college and career readiness workshops covering Basic Work Skills, Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Financial Literacy, College Application and Essay, Financial Aid/Scholarships, and Career Exploration. Additionally, YouthForce hosts VR events giving youth chances to experience virtual reality job tours and engage in career exploration activities.

What you'll do
