This interactive career tour guides students through the music production and streaming process. Students explore recording in the studio, licensing content from record labels, and how engineers worldwide collaborate to build apps like Amazon Music. The tour meets students where they are, introducing them to careers including: Music Producer, Mastering Engineer, Lawyer, UX Designer, Front End Engineer, Principal Engineer, Software Development Engineer, and Product Manager. The 45-minute tour is aligned to Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and CSTA K-12 Computer Science Standards, with the option to split into two ~25-minute sessions. Teacher Toolkit materials include facilitation guides, student worksheets, answer keys, key learnings documents, and certificates.
